THE following cases were heard by Southampton Magistrates' Court:

AARON LUKE KESBY, 32, of Terminus Terrace, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen or specimens of breath. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

RAYMOND MICHAEL DELVES, 45, of Lord Mountbatten Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a pedal cycle worth £600 from Lee Mabe. Ordered to pay compensation of £300. Also discharged conditionally for six months.

CLAIRE LOUISE DELANE, 32, of Alder Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £395, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ARTUR FURMANEK, 39, of Bridge Road, Woolston, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

CARLI LOUISE OSMAN, 28, of Paynes Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £277, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

TADEUSZ WOJTANEK, 23, of Claudeen Close in Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without a licence. Fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KEITH YOUNG, 69, of Hayburn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

DANIEL JAMES NASH, 25, of Highcrown Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to notify police of a change of name under the terms of sections 80 and 98(3) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Also ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months.

LEVAN JAMES KAVANAGH-JENSEN, 28, of Kenilworth Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £75 compensation.

MARC ANDREW PALMER, 37, of Beauworth Close, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and insurance. Fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and costs of £85. Also given eight points on his driving licence.

MICHAEL STUART WALKER-WILTSHERE, 26, of Rossington Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop after damaging another vehicle, driving without insurance and a licence. Fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SHANE LYLE BARTLETT, 29, of Landguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing stationary and confectionary worth £19.98 from WHS Smith in Romsey and breaching a 12 month conditional discharge order. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85, costs of £20 and compensation of £19.98. Also given a community order for rehabilitation for drugs and a two-month curfew.

CORRIE SOUTHEY, 67, of Barn Close, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 32 months and ordered to carry out 250 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months.

RICHARD CHARLES VAN LEEUWEN, 55, of Doncaster Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Also disqualified from driving for 23 months.
