A MAN has been jailed after using racist language.
Ryan Eastman-Baddams was found guilty by Southampton Magistrates’ Court after he was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words with intent to make his victim believe immediate unlawful violence could be used against him.
The 24-year-old was also in breach of a suspended sentence order, made after he was found guilty of assault.
Eastman-Baddams, of Northbrook Road, Southampton, was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
