A WINCHESTER man has been banned from driving for three years after he was caught over the alcohol limit near his home.
Stephen David Carroll, 48, of Greenhill Road, Fulflood, was stopped by police in Milverton Road on January 28.
His alcohol reading was 95 micrograms in 100 millilitres of blood, when the legal limit is 80.
Magistrates in Basingstoke disqualified him for three years, fined him £185 with a £30 victim surcharge ad £85 costs.
