A Winchester man who admitted possessing illegal pornography has received a three-year community order.
Ian Jones, 26, of Cliff Way, Compton, had pleaded guilty to having 26 indecent images on his computer Judge John Dixon at Winchester Crown Court imposed a three-year order with supervision and the requirement to attend a sex offender treatment project.
Jones was banned from working with children indefinitely.
The judge ordered eight computers to be forfeited and told Jones to sign the sex offenders’ register for five years
