Not just drink, drugged too, both illegal and 'legal' drugs.

good work - scum that drink drive, drug drive, talk on phone, text on phone and stuff their fat faces while driving should be jailed.

Conviction of drink driving should mean an automatic ban for LIFE and you vehicle is crushed.
It is simple. Don't drink alcohol
and drive and this severe law will not apply to you

It seems to me that we should totally ban alcohol when driving instead of a so called limit even two pints is mind altering so why do it ?

Just ban it once and for all

Repeated studies have shown that many people simply do not know how long it takes for alcohol to wear off and particularly what time the morning after they may be free of the effects. Yet there is no excuse anymore for driving over the limit. If you drink and are likely to drive there are personal breathalysers, like Alcosense, readily available. If people know that they are going to be drinking in the evening and have to drive the morning after it would be cheaper to purchase an Alcosense than lose your licence.
