Police find cannabis being grown

POLICE who were called to reports of an alleged assault found cannabis being grown.
Officers attended Tanners Road in North Baddesley , on Sunday at 7pm to a report of an assault – a man had a cut to his head but was not seriously hurt.
But when directed to the address outside which the alleged assault had taken place they found four mature cannabis plants inside.
Police have charged Dominic Stringer, 20, of Tanners Road, with assault and cultivation of cannabis.
He was bailed to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on September 24.
