Gulf advice

GULF War veteran Paul Harrison, from Alresford, is urging other ex-solidiers to attend an information day held by the National Gulf Veterans and Families Association (NGVFA).

The event, on May 16, is for anyone involved with either of the Gulf conflicts and their families and will offer advice on everything from war pensions to coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The NGVFA information day is at Fratton Community Centre, Trafalgar Place, Fratton, from 10am to 4pm. Information: ngvfa.org.uk l Don't miss Paul's harrowing account of coping with PTSD in Living on Tuesday, May 20.
