POLICE are warning people to make sure their bikes are secure after thefts from sheds.

A pink Apollo BMX and a black Stomper mountain bike, together worth £230, were taken from a shed in Edward Avenue, Eastleigh, between last Friday and Sunday.

During the same period a bike was stolen from a shed in Castle Road, Netley. Worth £230, it had a luminous green saddle and brake levers, and a red front wheel.
