A POLITICAL panel show is set to come to a Hampshire town.
BBC’s Question Time programme will be in Eastleigh to film its weekly debate, which will be screened on January 22, but it is not yet known who will be on the panel.
This is not the first time that the town has hosted the show.
It was the setting back in February 2013 on the eve of a by-election that had put the town under the national spotlight following the resignation of ex-MP Chris Huhne.
Panellists were: former Tory MP-turned-UKIP member Neil Hamilton, minister for crime prevention Jeremy Browne, Labour’s shadow leader of the House Angela Eagle, Conservative MP Claire Perry and film director Ken Loach.
Mike Thornton was voted in as MP for Eastleigh with UKIP’s Diane James second.
