DRIVERS were concerned for the welfare of a man on a Hampshire bridge this morning.
Police were called to a bridge connecting Hedge End and West End overlooking the M27 westbound at 8am today.
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary found a 48-year-old man at the bridge with no injuries but called an ambulance.
A spokesperson for South Central Ambulance Service said the male is now being looked after at Royal South Hants Hospital.
