A MUM-OF-TWO is appealing for the public to help find her daughter's precious first toy.

Suzie Glenn is desperate to get back the toy Piglet, from Winnie the Pooh, which one of her daughters dropped in the Asda in Chandler's Ford.

And her plea has already spread quickly with more than 3,200 shares on Facebook.

The family had been shopping at the store, off Bournemouth Road, when the toy which belongs to Suzie's eldest daughter Isabelle Morriss, 3, was dropped by her younger one-year-old sibling Beatrice Morriss at around 10.30am on Sunday .

Although Suzie, of Eastleigh, realised what had happened in the car park and went back to the store the toy has yet to be recovered.

For Suzie the toy has sentimental value as Isabelle was born eight weeks premature and spent her first six weeks in an incubator.

“It's not a favourite toy but it means a lot to me,” said the 31-year-old, of Cranbury Road.

It was the first toy she was allowed to have in her incubator after she was born - it came from her cousin.

“She [Isabelle] has kept asking for it.”

Anyone who knows of the toy's whereabouts is asked to contact Suzie on suzieglenn@gmail.com.
