The M3
DELAYS are building on a Hampshire motorway after a crash this morning.
Two lanes are blocked on the M3 southbound between junction 11 at Winchester and junction 12 at Eastleigh.
It is understood multiple vehicles were involved in the crash but it is currently unknown if there were any injuries.
Traffic is tailed back to junction nine at north Winchester with drivers facing hour-long delays.
