Mobility scooter rider rescued after getting stuck in doorway
FIREFIGHTERS had to help a woman whose mobility scooter had got stuck in a doorway.
A crew from Eastleigh was called to Westwood Gardens, Chandler's Ford where the woman was sat on the device, which was jammed into a doorway inside her home.
Her neighbour had tried to help her but could not lift her out themselves.
Firefighters were able to lift it to free the scooter after attending at 6.30pm yesterday.
