A MAN accused of causing death whilst over the drink drive limit is set to appear at Southampton Crown Court.
Oliver Wareham, 29, faces one count of causing death by due care while over the prescribed alcohol limit, following a crash on March 26.
William Gaskin died in the collision and Wareham is alleged to have driven a VW Bora Index along Portsmouth Road, Bursledon whilst having 95mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
Wareham, of Rownhams Road, Southampton, did not indicate a plea when Southampton Magistrates' Court heard his case.
He will next appear at Southampton Crown Court on November 24.
