Terry Hollands
A LEGEND of the World’s Strongest Man series is coming to Samson’s Gym.
People can meet and train with Terry Hollands and IFBB pro bodybuilder and 2017 Arnold Fitness champion Kate Errington.
During the event, the duo will cover training, diet and nutrition.
There will also be free giveaways.
It takes place at the Eastleigh gym on February 4 between noon and 4pm.
Tickets are £40.
