THE plant sale held at the Village Hall on Saturday, May 15 was a great success with lots of happy gardeners getting ideas and buying plants and shrubs at bargain prices. The event raised over a £1,000 and every penny will go to Redmarley Playgroup.
Last Saturday, May 22, was another successful event in the Village. The Recorder Concert in St Bartholomew's Church was much enjoyed by all who went and raised over £300 for the Redmarley Church Roof Appeal. The professional musicians came from far and wide, and the type and size of the various recorders played were amazing and produced a wonderful sound.
