A HAMPSHIRE animator was among those honoured at one of the biggest annual award ceremonies in the film industry.
Daisy Jacobs, from Gosport, scooped a prize in the category of Best Short Animated Film for the piece The Bigger Picture.
The 26-year-old was among a host of stars at the glittering ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London on Sunday attended by some of the most famous names in Hollywood and presided over by Stephen Fry.
Other winners on the night included Eddie Redmayne for Best Actor for his portrayal of Professor Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything and Julianne Moore for Best Actress in film Still Alice, while Boyhood was named Best Film.
The Bigger Picture has also been nominated for an Oscar in the same category.
