Motorists face 40-minute delays after breakdown at roundabout
DRIVERS are facing delays of 40 minutes through a Hampshire town today.
People travelling along the A32 and Newgate Lane in Fareham have been held up in the delays which are thought to have been caused by a break down at Quay Street Roundabout.
