The M27
A MAN has died following a crash on a Hampshire motorway..
A dark-coloured 4x4 vehicle crashed into a barrier on the westbound slip road on the M27 at junction 9 near Whiteley, blocking a lane at around 9am yesterday.
The 56-year-old male driver was taken to hospital by ambulance but died of his injuries.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to contact PC Dan Golding at the Totton Roads Policing Unit on 101 quoting Operation Heka.
