A woman was beaten during a violent robbery at her home.
The attacked happened when three men entered her house and assaulted her.
The incident took place at an address on Pilgrim's Way, Hillhead, in Fareham, just after 3am on Tuesday.
Three men, who were wearing face coverings, entered the address and assaulted a 50-year-old woman.
They then stole a safe, a mobile phone and a Ford Ka vehicle.
The vehicle was found abandoned in the vicinity of Hurst Close, shortly after.
The victim was treated for minor injuries at hospital.
Detective Sergeant Darren Thomas, said: "We are currently treating this as an isolated incident and we do not believe there is any risk to the wider community.
"We're carrying out house to house enquiries in the local area and we have increased patrols to provide reassurance to residents.
"We are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen any people or vehicles in the area around the time of the incident to contact Eastern CID."
