PLANS to build new homes in Fair Oak have been given the go-ahead.
Planning officers have granted permission to build 27 new homes and parking on land between Mortimers Lane and Knowle Lane following the demolition of existing buildings.
The application was put forward by Parson Construction Ltd and approved by Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heat Local Area Committee.
