Travellers' site objections
PLANS for a new travellers site in Fareham have sparked controversy.
More than 60 objections have been raised to the proposals – which will include seven pitches to accommodate up to nine mobile homes on land west of Woodlands Farm in Segensworth Road.
The planning application seeks to change the use of the site from grazing land to mixed use, including a gypsy transit site.
A consultation on the plan closes on Tuesday, February 28.
