A SOUTHAMPTON man has been banned for driving with no insurance.
Michael David Keiser, 33, was stopped in a 09-reg Vauxhall on Moorhill Road, West End, on February 16, magistrates heard.
Keiser, of Manley Road, Bursledon, had the case proved under the single justice procedure.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £660 with a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
He was disqualified for six months because it was a repeat offence.
