SCHOOL children have been injured after a car hit a mini-bus in the New Forest.
The incident involved a Ford Transit mini-bus at a Nissan Pathfinder on the A35 Lyndhurst Road.
The collision happened at around 4.07pm near the New Forest Hotel.
A child has suffered a suspected fractured cheekbone. One member of staff has suffered whiplash and another member of staff has a suspected broken nose.
Police were unable to confirm what school the children are from but said the vehicle was registered to London.
The Nissan Pathfinder was registered in France.
Part of the road is currently blocked as emergency services attend the scene.
