YOU have to turn up to your school prom in style.
Some hire a luxury sports car, while others opt for a vintage vehicle.
But for these five students, their choice of transport certainly caused a few stares.
The teenagers, from Priestlands School, Lymington, went to their prom at Elmer’s Court Hotel on disability scooters decorated with balloons.
The event is among a number of school proms taking place across Hampshire and Southampton and the Daily Echo is there to capture all the magic moments.
This year we will be running a host of photographs from the proms in two special picture supplements.
The first will run in the paper tomorrow, with the rest of the proms in another Daily Echo supplement on Wednesday, July 16.
