Alice and friends are making final preparations before crowds flock to Hampshire for one of the regions biggest agricultural shows.

More than 90,000 people attend this year's New Forest Show when the three-day extravaganza returns to New Park in Brockenhurst on Tuesday, July 28.

This year's theme a is "adventures" with visitors invited to explore stacks of spectacular activities showcasing rural and forest life.

The forest' s five leisure centres are hosting Alice in Leisureland activities promoting healthy lifestyles.

They include zorb balling, peddlerz racing, rabbit hole golf, a hall of mirrors and a white rabbit time challenge.

This year's main attraction is the Musical Ride of the Household Cavalry with troops performing a spectacular display mounted on black horses in the main arena.

Meanwhile families can visit the farmyard area to meet record entries in the livestock with hundreds of cattle, sheep and pigs starring in a grand parade.

There is also international show jumping, the Heavy Horse Musical Drive and people can try their hand at cob walling, fly fishing and a tug of war.

There will be more than 600 stands and a local food and farming marque with delicious fresh produce, daily cooking demonstrations from top chefs and scores of arts and crafts.
