AN investigation continues today after a man’s body was found in a car fire
Police were called to Junction Road in Totton at around 10.30pm on Friday to reports of a green Mini Cooper on fire.
But according to eyewitnesses the blaze actuall broke out in a silver Honda Civic.
The man, aged in his 30s, had been inside the car at the time of the fire and his body was discovered by police.
His death is not currently being treated as suspicious.
Flowers and tributes have been left the scene.
Officers are in the process of contacting the man’s family and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
