THREE teenagers have been charged following an incident in which Saints fan Jason Davis was allegedly assaulted in a Hampshire village.
Two boys aged 14 and 15 - both from Hythe - and a 15-year-old boy from Totton have been charged with a public order offence.
The 15-year-old Hythe boy has also been charged with grievous bodily harm.
They are due to appear at Southampton Youth Court on February 22.
The charges follow an incident in New Road, Hythe, on October 25 in which Mr Davis was allegedly assaulted and suffered a fractured skull as he walked home.
The assault is said to have happened after the businessman was taunted about the Saints shirt he was wearing.
As reported in the Daily Echo Mr Davis spent several weeks in intensive care but has since made a remarkable recovery.
