MORE than 350 top-of-the-range vehicles will features in a new high octane event in the New Forest this weekend.

Crowds are expected to flock to the National Motor Museum for The Beaulieu Supercar weekend, an extension of the attraction's Supercar Showdown which has been held for one day each of the past five years.

Highlights will include stunts and precision driving demonstrations, plus a party featuring live music, guest speakers and firework display.

Supercar to Race Car will trace the origins of modern GT vehicles and the influence of the track on everyday supercars.

The event will also celebrate the centenary of the birth of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the name behind many of the most memorable supercars ever designed.

The Supercar Holy Trinity will bring together the undisputed kings of the modern supercar class – the Porsche 918, the Ferrari LaFerrari and the McLaren P1.

The Super-SUV Secret Garden will showcase 500hp cars capable of crossing continents in a single day.

Special tribute collections will be staged in the picturesque grounds of Palace House, the ancestral home of the Montagu family.

The weekend will also feature an extended parade, enabling visitors to enjoy a close-up view of the high-performance vehicles.
