TWO more superstar acts have been confirmed to play at the Isle of Wight Festival next summer.

Organisers had already announced that Arcade Fire and Rod Stewart will play at the yearly festival, which had been under threat of cancellation.

And now it has been revealed that David Guetta and legends Run DMC will perform.

Paris-born DJ and producer Guetta has sold more than nine million albums worldwide and performed in the Euro 2016 opening ceremony earlier this year.

Hip-hop group Run DMC were formed in 1981 and fast became one of the best-known acts in the world.

Their biggest hits are It's Tricky and It's Like That, which was remixed and turned into a number one record in the UK.
