DRIVERS faced rush-hour delays on a major Hampshire road due to a broken down vehicle.
One lane of the A31 westbound was closed just past Stoney Cross at 7.20am.
The lane was reopened shortly after 8am.
There were delays of around 25 minutes back to junction 1 of the M27 for Cadnam, but they have since begun to ease.
