A PLANNING battle in a Hampshire town has ended in victory for the applicant.
Chris Davies of Box Space Ltd lodged an appeal an application relating to Rose Cottage at Woodcock Lane, Hordle, was rejected by New Forest District Council in June last year.
Mr Davies wants to demolish a workshop and replace it with a three-bedroom home.
Now a government-appointed planning inspector has allowed the appeal and approved the proposed development.
