PLANS for a new bungalow on the outskirts of a Hampshire town have been rejected for the second time.

An appeal was lodged after an application to build a property at Lakeside in Hightown, Ringwood, was turned down by New Forest District Council in August last year.

But a government-appointed planning inspector has upheld the council's decision.
