A GROUP of Hampshire lifeboatmen staged a party to celebrate 40 years of lifesaving.
Calshot lifeboat, one of the busiest in the UK, has attended thousands of incidents since the station was opened in 1970.
The party was attended by past and present members of the crew and their families. New Forest East MP Dr Julian Lewis was also among the guests.
