Thieves target boat diesel
POLICE have warned that diesel is being stolen from boats moored offshore in the Lymington area.
A spokesman said the latest incident occurred in the Lymington River, where 80 litres was taken from a powerboat.
He added: “It’s thought the thieves use a boat themselves to get to the craft and then siphon out the fuel.”
