1). All national express coaches to ensure they are in the middle lane on the motorways and the outside lane on the A31.
2). All lorries to attempt to overtake another vehicle on every hill rather than just wait (this is especially important on the two lane stretch of the M3)
3). all drivers to exit the A31 at the bottom of Poulner hill and then attempt to rejoin quarter of a mile further along and then wonder why there is a queue
4). when you overtake a slower vehicle make no attempt to move over after you've passed. just stay where you are.

While i'm at it i thought i might provide a few suggestions to road users that migth help things along: 1). All national express coaches to ensure they are in the middle lane on the motorways and the outside lane on the A31. 2). All lorries to attempt to overtake another vehicle on every hill rather than just wait (this is especially important on the two lane stretch of the M3) 3). all drivers to exit the A31 at the bottom of Poulner hill and then attempt to rejoin quarter of a mile further along and then wonder why there is a queue 4). when you overtake a slower vehicle make no attempt to move over after you've passed. just stay where you are.

The police should of stood up a traffic cop to move the traffic on.
Then again I suppose they would say that there aren't resources for it.
