DETECTIVES have issued an e-fit of a man who could provide vital information about a burglary.
Jewellery and up to 40 wallets in presentation boxes were stolen in the incident at Whinwhistle Road, near West Wellow,and the police have now issued the e-fit likeness of the man who could help them catch those involved in the bur-glary, on November 29.
A double-glazed door was smashed to gain entry, sometime between 9.15am and 8.25pm, and all rooms at the house were searched by an intruder or intruders.
Police say the man in the e-fit image was spotted in the area between 10.30am and 11am on the day of the burglary and he claimed to be seeking building work.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact DC Reynolds at Eastleigh CID on 101.
