THE Daily Echo is looking for the loved up people of Hampshire to share their heartfelt images today (Feb 14).

To get into the spirit of Valentine's Day we are asking you to send in pictures of your heart and who you will be giving it to this romantic season.

It doesn't have to be a boyfriend, girlfriend, wife or husband - it can be a friend, parent, neighbour or pet but we want you to tell us.

To get the ball rolling we went out on the streets of Fareham to see how people are spreading the love.

Emily Phillips, 18 from Gosport said: “I haven't got a special valentine in mind but I'll be sending my mum some love today and my friends, I don't think you always have to be romantic about the day.”

Abbie Oliver, 18, a student from Gosport added: “My mum is very special to me so I'll be giving her my heart for the day.”

Salesman Tahmid Ahmed, 20 from Southampton said: “I've actually had to postpone Valentine's Day with my girlfriend for work but I'll still be giving her my heart.”
