A MEMORIAL service to Hampshire airmen who took part in the Battle of Britain takes place this Thursday (July 9).
All those who fought in the Second World War battle and are buried in the St John the Baptist graveyard in North Baddesley will be honoured.
This service marking the 75th anniversary since the start of the Battle of Britain takes place at 11am.
St. John the Baptist and All Saints churches are hosting this event and after the service there will be refreshments in All Saints church in North Baddesley.
Volunteers are needed to make cakes and help with refreshments.
