POLICE have promised to 'robustly' deal with fans using offensive language at football games in Hampshire after reports of an incident at a Sunday League match.
The incident, reported by Test Valley's policing team, took place at a Sunday league football match in Vernham Dean, Andover.
According to reports, spectators used offensive language during a match and police have since said this behaviour 'will not be tolerated' and have said that offenders may face prosecution.
