A LARGE business is needed to move into a new distribution warehouse in Test Valley where work has just begun.
The new purpose-built warehouse space, named Evolution 50, which will be a 50,000 square foot building suitable for a large business to operate from Walworth Business Park.
The brand new building will feature four full-height loading doors, a large loading area, more than 100 car parking spaces and a fully fitted office.
The development is part of a joint venture between Test Valley Borough Council and Kier Property to rejuvenate Walworth Business Park and will offer an exciting opportunity for a business looking for new premises.
