OFFICERS are becoming increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of a missing Hampshire man.

Hampshire police have renewed their appeal to find Steven Lockyer who was recently living in Tavistock Close, Romsey.

He was last seen on Monday April 23.

The 58-year old is described as white, about 6ft 1in tall, and with a heavy build.

He has grey thinning short hair which is cropped, and he wears glasses.

He also had a love heart tattoo on his left arm.

A spokesman for Hampshire police said: “He has not been in contact with friends and family since that day, which is very out of character for him.

“We have been conducting our own enquiries to try and locate Steven and now we are appealing to the public for help in finding him.”

PC Laura Smith, of Hedge End police station, added: “We would appeal for anyone who has information on where Steven is to contact us.

“Steven, your family respect your privacy but they are concerned for you and just want to know that you are ok. Please get in touch as soon as you can.”

Anyone with any information or who has seen Steve should call 101 quoting 44160156175.
