FOUR pieces of garden furniture have been stolen from a Test Valley property.
Police have launched an investigation after the theft of four staddle stone tops from a property on Five Bells Lane in Nether Wallop.
Staddle stones are garden ornaments that were originally used as supporting bases for small building structures to protect them from rodents or sewage.
Hampshire Constabulary said: "During the day on March 19, four staddle stone tops have been removed from a property.
"If you saw or heard anything suspicious during this time, please call 101 referencing 44180113501.
"If you own these types of items, it may be worth marking them with a postcode to both deter thieves and identify them if located."
