POLICE are stepping up the search for a man missing for three months.
Officers are renewing an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Stuart Gibbens, 36, who was first reported missing in April.
Mr Gibbens, of Anson Drive, Bitterne, who goes by his middle name Mark, reported safe and well to the initial appeal at the time, but has not been seen by any of his healthcare workers since April 30.
Officers believe he may be sleeping rough in the city or could be camping in the New Forest.
A spokesman said: “We're concerned as he is vulnerable and is on medication and we don't know if he took this with him.”
He is described as white, 5ft 10ins of a large, fit build with close cropped/shaved blonde hair. He usually wears sports clothes and carries a rucksack.
Anyone with information should contact Southampton East Targeted Patrol Team on 101 quoting 44140235668.
