UNWANTED shoes, football boots, trainers and wellies are needed to help a Hampshire charity save lives.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance will launch its ‘Re-Use Ya Shoes’ campaign this week. To help keep the Air Ambulance flying people in Hampshire are urged to dig shoes of all shapes and sizes.
They will then be sold on through reputable traders in other countries, or if they are in awful condition they can be used for parts to repair other footwear.
Last year a tonne of shoes across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight were collected. To find out more call 023 8033 3377 or visit http://bit.ly/1uNDnfV
