A SURVEY is under way to find out if there are plenty more bass fish in the sea.
The Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (IFCA), responsible for the sustainable management of inshore fisheries, is carrying out the research on the fish stock in the Solent and the south coast. It comes amid concerns over the decline in juvenile bass.
