PLANS for 50 flats in a Southampton building have been filed with the city council.
The developer has bid for planning permission to overhaul Portcullis House in Platform Road and convert it from offices to 56 flats, divided into 52 studios and four one-bed apartments.
A decision is due by May 21.
Previous plans to turn Portcullis House into student flats were rejected by the city council.
