Overrunning roadworks cause delays on motorways
COMMUTERS face lengthy delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning.
Overrunning roadworks on the M3 northbound between junction 12 at Eastleigh and junction 11 at Winchester have caused a large build-up of traffic.
And drivers face queues on the M27 both ways at the junction with the M3, with traffic on the westbound carriageway as far back as Hedge End.
