PLANS to create more than 50 flats in central Southampton have been withdrawn.
A planning application to turn a former office building in Queens Terrace into the complex was filed earlier this year.
Plans were approved last year to turn it into an “apart-hotel” containing serviced apartments.
But Kingsbridge Estates Ltd had filed fresh plans to create 21 studios and 33 one-bed flats in the building.
However the firm has now decided to withdraw the application.
