Offices could be turned into ten new flats
TEN new flats could be created in Southampton if plans to convert offices are given the green light.
Julian Marriott has filed a planning application with the city council to overhaul the first and second floors of 16-18 Upper Banister Street.
He wants to convert the vacant premises into ten one-bed flats.
A decision from city council planners on his application is due by August 8.
